Create a Member Access Account

Please use this form to enter your contact details and create a member access account at Dundas Calvin Church.

Please supply a valid value for Primary Email and we will send your initial password to that address.
To enter contact details for home and / or work address, press the appropriate button to display details for that address.
When you are ready to proceed, press the submit button and confirm your details.

Once you sign in you will be able to access our Members Directory. If you wish YOUR contact details to appear in the directory, sign in then click the Manage your Profile icon on your personal toolbar at the top right of the screen. When the screen opens, click the 'Preferences' section tab to choose your members directory preferences which will initially be set to 'None'.
